Our Emcorp-Healthcorp [RTO 91222] alliance allows for nationally accredited training in addition to our variety of non-accredited industry-based programs. From emergency, first aid-medical through to safety and security. This is in addition to a large range of challenging worksite scenarios or corporate based exercises. For training, at a base level delivery methods can be aligned to a range of formats that better assist learning styles of staff and contractor participants. So from ground level operators through to site management and C suite executives, Emcorp Group can deliver training and education that has true workplace traction.

In addition to our industry best practice designed courses (non-accredited) we supply a complete range of Nationally Recognised emergency management and medical-first aid training course programs, including practical and engaging onsite first-aid training programs which leads to certification for staff.

Delivered to Job Site
To better assist in delivery and the maintenance of compliance, Emcorp Group can deliver in person modules or programs via highly trained and uniformed instructional staff. For more remote sites, we have EMLearn, our online e-Campus, providing 24/7 access to a large range of nationally based modules aligned to the construction sector.
The company also delivers RA3 (assessment, analysis and audit) services, assisting management in identifying PI and PL capacities within operations and worksites. In addition, the development of the full suite of documentation and procedures. Using bespoke software driven toolkits, our Risk Services staff can generate written and image/video-based reports to management. We can also then provide solution guidance. All training records and risk-based compliance date and documentation can then be stored on the clients direct portal via our online RMI-Records Management Interface. This allows management 24/7 secure access to their portal and compliance data/records.
Our Reach
We have serviced construction companies’ operations throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia, China, India and more delivering services via small teams of Instructors through to Risk Advisors assisting corporations. In addition to all the workplace training previously mentioned, this included documentation creation and end to end hazard assessments and analysis of data to project the risk status of the operators. Apart from workplace training programs, additional areas included in their package were emergency, fire, security, HazChem, explosives, remote area medical, TeleHealth, aviation and road transport on site leases and more.
