Chief Wardens are key in managing both major incidents and emergencies in businesses or buildings. They assume control of Retail Wardens and staff on a centre floor or an area and direct shoppers and retailrs to identified assembly areas. As an example, the events they deal with may be fire and emergency related, workplace violence, terrorism or natural disaster based.

 Emcorp Group have been engaged by specialized government departments such as the Counter terrorism Planning committee to deliver large, multi-government agency exercises on a range of new age threat content. We have provided the exercise parameters, acting staff, reviews and reporting for asset owners and the government.

 Practical Warden Training programs have been designed for centre management and retail staff that are required to respond and assist in the control of emergency events in any centre large or small. These key people are responsible for directing and controlling an emergency response in their designated areas.
