Prince Hotels-Hygiene HACCP

Food Safety and Hygiene staff provided the development, planning and delivery of a new food safety program meeting CODEX-HACCP to Prince Hotels in Japan. Translators were utilized to overcome language barriers, food safety audits conducted and training and education courses for senior executives, hotel managers and F&B staff were delivered.
