Services were delivered by expert Emcorp Risk Advisors from China to Tibet, India to Korea, Japan to Noumea. As a key identifier of the Safety-Security-Crisis programs positive effect, China increased from a low -60% to a high 90+% within 3 years.
Food Safety-Hygiene
Emcorp Group developed the Food Safety-Hygiene Program inclusive of detailed hygiene procedures manual, staff training services, audit program and HACCP preparation. We delivered hundreds of sites certification in HACCP for their food safety programs and trained thousands of staff in food safety and hygiene programs.
Management Education
Commercial hotel management training was delivered to hundreds of groups each year across the AusPac and SE Asia regions, with programs on facility risk and incident management delivered. Records management compliance was delivered via Emcorp Groups RMI (Records Management Interface).
Staff Training
A 14 x Module Hotel Life-Safety training package was developed with leading industry experts to cover a range of operational risks to sites and brands. Each module included training aids, lesson plans, assessments, handbooks, manuals and multi-media PPT presentations. This is continuing to be utilized by hundreds of sites each year.
Technology
Additionally, bespoke technology services were developed to assist in the compliance management and incident response of hotel sites. The online ‘Safety Manager’ dashboard allowed for real time observation of a number of key critical data for managers to view and act on results.
