The Secure-Safe Certification© program, a part of the International Secure-Safe Standard©, was designed to develop and assess the resilience of a hotel brand and facility and increase competitive advantage.

The International Standard and Certification system has now expanded from hotels to include healthcare facilities and airlines, and is able to de delivered via on-site and off-site via online formats. Validation is managed via our Remote Site Assessment Team REMSAT.

The brand of Secure-Safe Certified© has now been utilized by over a dozen brands across the world including InterContinental, Park Hyatt, Marriott, St. Regis, Swiss Garden, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, W Hotel, Pullman and more. Additionally, Emcorp Group supply the International Secure-Safe Standard and Secure-Safe Certification to Ticadoc and also as the risk partner to Worldhotels.

Delivered via our online platform by hotel staff remotely or by our physical onsite format using Emcorp Group staff, the Secure-Safe Certification© provides clients with a straight forward, limited logistic and cost effective program to increase the hotel resilience and reduce brand risk for a range of events. These are known industry standards and best practices that are already utilized by brands on a global level and are applied for the facility, guests and staff.

The International Secure-Safe Standard© and Secure-Safe Certification© program identifies the level of resilience of a hotel facility and brand. It achieves this via a blended system of offsite remote auditing by hotel staff that is then validated by Emcorp Group’s Remote Site Assessment Team REMSAT. Additionally, sites can be physically audited onsite by Emcorp Risk Consultants.

To keep cost down reduce the time spent by staff, the Certification is scalable for full service operations down to accommodation only. Allowing for an expanded format from 5 Star hotels to be automatically reduced down to 3 Star, then serviced apartments. HACCP Certification is also an additional option.

The format includes the simple addition or removal of options such as recreation facilities, pool, gyms, restaurants etc. if the hotel does not in fact have them. You simply select your format then apply any of the following Y/N/NA/Image/Video/Comment. Our Remote Site Assessment Team does the rest.
